Program Overview | Professional Training – Become a Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor

The Ayurvedic Health Counselor (AHC) training is an 18-month professional program designed for those who wish to take their understanding of Ayurveda beyond personal practice and into the professional realm.

Building on the Fundamentals of Ayurvedic Medicine (FAM), this training combines in-depth theoretical study, personal development, and hands-on clinical experience. You will learn to guide clients through lifestyle and dietary changes, create treatment plans, and provide holistic counseling rooted in Ayurvedic and yogic wisdom.

Upon graduation, you will be prepared to start your own Ayurvedic health practice or continue your studies toward the Ayurvedic Practitioner (AP) diploma.
