1. Do I need prior knowledge of Ayurveda to join?

No prior experience is required. The FAM program is designed for beginners as well as those who already have some familiarity with Ayurveda and wish to deepen their understanding.

The program is blended: combined with guided self-study and practice. Once a month we hold live classes. You can follow the live classes fully online via zoom (with exception of the Ayurvedic Massage workshop). Each month Saturday classes are live at the school. If not living in Netherlands you can join online.

On average, students spend 6–8 hours per week, including live classes, self-study, and practice. This may vary depending on your personal learning pace and background in Ayurveda.

After completing the FAM program, you receive a Certificate of Completion for the Fundamentals of Ayurvedic Medicine. You can continue your studies to become a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor (AHC) or Practitioner (AP).

Tuition covers all classes, course materials, access to LMS, recorded lectures, mentoring, and participation in sangha community events. Textbook and workbook journal is included.
