Yoga & Ayurveda Personal Development
This is where Yoga & Ayurveda become a path of personal development and conscious living.
A 250-hour program deepening the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda, supporting personal transformation, self-awareness, and holistic living.
Under the continued guidance of Savitri & Riim, this program deepens your yoga practice and explores Yoga and Ayurveda as complementary sciences for personal development and conscious living.
Students expand their understanding of yogic teachings through the study of classical philosophy such as the Yoga Sutras, Samkhya and Vedanta, while continuing to refine their practice of asana, pranayama, relaxation, mantra, and meditation.
Alongside the practices, students deepen their knowledge of Ayurvedic lifestyle principles, including dosha balance, digestion (agni), seasonal rhythms, and the relationship between yoga practice and individual constitution.
This 12-month program provides the space for consistent practice, reflection, and integration, supporting students in developing greater self-awareness, personal transformation, and a grounded daily practice.
Note that this learning path includes 50 hrs Yoga Ayurveda Foundation (YAF)
