Day 1 Foundation of Ayurvedic Massage
March 13 @ 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm
A Classical Introduction to Abhyanga
Abhyanga (Abhyaṅga) is one of the most essential therapies within Ayurveda. More than oil massage, it is a systematic application of warm oil, rhythm, direction and awareness designed to regulate Vāta doṣa, nourish the tissues, and support the flow of Prāṇa.
This three-day immersive training offers Ayurveda students a structured foundation in classical Abhyanga — integrating both clinical clarity and subtle energetic understanding.
You will learn not only how to perform the sequence, but why each movement follows specific directional and physiological logic rooted in Ayurvedic principles.
