At Sankalpa Ayurveda College, education and clinical practice are deeply intertwined. Our clinic is not a separate entity from the school — it is its living heart.
Founded and led by Riim Lagerwerf, the clinic serves as a space where classical Ayurveda is applied with precision, compassion, and contemporary understanding. It is here that theory becomes embodied practice.
Riim works with clients in a one-to-one setting, offering comprehensive Ayurvedic consultations rooted in traditional diagnostics — including pulse, tongue, constitutional assessment (prakṛti), and current imbalance (vikṛti) analysis — supported where appropriate by modern tools such as functional insight and biofeedback assessment.
A Classical Foundation, A Modern Context
The clinic operates according to authentic Ayurvedic principles while remaining fully attuned to modern life and European healthcare realities. Each consultation is individualized, structured, and educational. Clients leave not only with recommendations, but with understanding.

- Digestive and metabolic imbalances
- Hormonal and stress-related conditions
- Chronic inflammatory patterns
- Skin and autoimmune tendencies
- Fatigue and depletion

The aim is always root-cause orientation — not symptom suppression.
A Teaching Clinic
As founder of Sankalpa Ayurveda College, Riim integrates clinical excellence with educational depth. Advanced students may observe aspects of case methodology (with consent), allowing the clinic to function as a bridge between theory and lived therapeutic application.
